Project Approval:

The City of Orinda gave final approval to this project in August 2022. Groundbreaking will be in 2023 and expected project completion will be in Fall 2025.

Project History:

Early planning for this project began in 2018, including meetings and collaboration with interested neighbors and extensive discussions with Orinda Community Church. The project application was officially submitted to the City in September 2021, approved by the Planning Commission in July 2022, and given final approvals by the Orinda City Council in August 2022.
